Before: In 2003 Richie was arrested in Malibu for driving with a revoked license and under DUI. "They found one balloon of heroin," she says. Nicole was sentenced to 3 years probation.
Now: Since going to rehab that year, Richie has been sober. "No drinking, no drugs," she says. "I am definitely happier now." In 2007 she's waiting first baby with Joel Madden and she told in an interview that she's drinking no alcohol, caffeine and eating much healthier now.
